Phoenix Space’s educational programs consist of a variety of interactive STEM educational activities combining scientific and technological fundamentals with real world opportunities to implement learning and help address SDGs in the local context. With a variety of partners on the ground working through a syllabus developed by educational experts, students gain important skills in areas that will improve their life chances and employability.
Investigations into the cosmos have continually produced practical advantages back on earth: discovery of new elements, testing our models of relativity and allowing Newton to derive his universal law of gravitation, serving as an extreme testing ground for our technology and ambitions.
In our own way, we will use the inspirational nature of space and experiments at its edge to expand the scope of STEM education on earth, to open minds, spur curiosity and inspire students to apply the tools they will learn to be inquisitive, innovative and creative problem solvers with an ability for inquiry and reflection.
