Digital Heroes with PwC Middle East

In late 2021 we kicked off a conversation with a major consulting firm based in the Middle East. While we thought it would be a great collaboration, we never imagined it would result in a month-long digital learning programme concluding with over 1000 exams being completed and over 3200 lessons being shared.

And yet here we are in Feb 2022, and that’s just what’s been achieved and much more. The “Digital Heroes” programme launched just over 30 days ago with PwC Middle East , with over 35 people involved, it was great to see how PwC Middle East supported our students with a dedicated team of digital accelerators. Experts from PwC Middle East volunteered to provide online support sessions covered 5 Microsoft BI and 4 Alteryx learning tracks.

Together with our Education team and PwC Middle East’s Corporate Sustainability team, the Digital Heroes programme was delivered using Kubicle online learning platform. The many students who passed were able to attain a professional certificate and have continued access to the learning platform to help them further their studies.

Roland Hancock, Partner and Corporate Sustainability Leader at PwC Middle East said: “Education and upskilling is one of our key focus areas in our Corporate Sustainability strategy. We are committed to helping young talent to acquire and develop the right skills to meet the changing needs of the job market and address the impact of digital disruption. I am pleased that we could use our capabilities and expertise to create a positive influence on the students, and I am looking forward to continuing this collaboration with Phoenix Space team”

He added: ‘At PwC we are committed to nurturing talent to best deliver our digital services utilising emerging technologies and demonstrate our end-to-end capabilities,to build trust, deliver sustained outcomes; reflecting our new  global strategy “The New Equation”

Looking forward to the rest of the year, we hope to collaborate further with PwC Middle East, provide more learning, and deliver a positive impact to those who need it.
