Our first Advanced Track Lecture Series installment took place in mid-February. The topic was “Gravitational Waves: Theory and Methods for Detection” and was presented by Dr. Deyan Mihaylov, a post-doctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute. A live question and answer session with Dr. Mihaylov followed the main presentation. Advanced Track lectures are appropriate for university students and attendees with an advanced knowledge of science and maths. You can learn more about the lecture, and view the webinar video, here.
